The New Trend on Guitars

Watching American Idol makes me realize why more teens nowadays are being hooked to playing an instrument. Ever since my brother was in his early teens, he already fancied the guitar even though no one else in the family really played it.

One of my cousins is also part of a band and also plays the guitar. My little girl begged me to buy her a pink toy guitar months ago so she can pretend to be a rock star. I guess guitars have really been popularized, maybe because of the media? Just last night I was watching Country Song where Gwyneth Paltrow was a country singer who also played the guitar.

Since it’s almost natural to have a guitar nowadays, I’m thinking of doing a schecter guitar research just in case we can afford to buy one for my brother. Even though he’s already in college and away from his High School peers, they still meet a couple of times a month and maybe who knows pursue their band later on. Should they continue on with their music career, an upgrade to the best guitar is very much needed because as siblings, we should of course support what his heart is in to.

Do you know of other guitars that we might consider for him? What do you think about Schecter Guitars?

A New Meaning to the word Mobile

Isnt it interesting that being mobile nowadays in terms of being online has been a necessity more than a luxury? With gadgets such as phones from Blackberry and being online through Apple devices just as the iPhones and the iPads, more and more people are going mobile, or connected to the internet 24/7, and that includes kids too.

Since we’re talking about being mobile, one other meaning for it, aside from being internet-connected is actually being physically mobile. Owning park homes are perfect examples of literally being mobile because you can just up and go and move your home from one place to the next. Having mobile homes work for a lot of people because for one, it’s fairly cheaper than regular homes, and two, for those who may be of the adventurous type who would love to constantly experience new things (and surroundings).

Maybe one day we could try a park home too. Then I could say I’ve literally been mobile, in all aspects. Would you care to try living in a park home too?
