Are Toll Free Phone Numbers Important?

Do you think Toll Free Numbers are important? I think it is, only because most large companies have one so they are able to provide better customer service for their consumers.

As a consumer, it is important because even though most companies now have access to email or chat support, talking to someone gets your issues resolved quicker.  There are things that are just too hard to explain sometimes in writing but are easy to understand verbally and this is where Toll Free Numbers come in.

Aside from being free to the consumer, companies can also track the reasons why their consumers call.  With the use of an Interactive Voice Response System  or IVR, depending on which buttons they push, you can count if they’re calling for complaints, billing, payments, and other requests.  It’s one way to focus where help with their processes are needed.

Believe it or not, being on the other end of the phone is what I miss sometimes.  I don’t miss customers who are irate, mind you.  I miss being able to help others just through the phone.  Now that I get to do some work from home, I also wish that I could call my clients via a toll free number but I guess chat and email works best for them.  Though sometimes, I’d like to really hear them, to at least know who I’m working for even just by hearing their voice.

I am participating in a blogger campaign by Bucks2Blog and was compensated. However, the views and opinions are my own. Own a business?  Get your Toll Free Numbers now.

Calamity resistant buildings

Whenever I see those steel buildings that serve as training grounds for a lot of sports activities, I always remember when I was in my early teens attending classes for gymnastics. That was one of the most enjoyable moments of my life because even though I’m on the chubby side, I learned how to tumble and swing from bars, or walk on beans and dance on the floor.

I recently went to the culminating activity for one of the gymnastics associations here in our country and I was reminded of the fun I had back then. Whey my little girl saw the kids walk on the beam, she also said she wanted to do that. I have yet to wait a couple of months for her to be able to join but I’m looking forward to her taking some classes and for her to have as much, if not more, fun as I did.
